Welcome!

Our services are available to individuals of all ages with a disability (physical, developmental, mental and/or behavioral) that makes it difficult or impossible to enjoy recreation without assistance.

Not all recreational activities may be appropriate for all disabilities, ages or behaviors. Abusive (physical or verbal) behaviors will not be allowed.

Individuals will be assessed by the staff for appropriateness in the programs. Eagle Mount Great Falls reserves the right to turn anyone away for any reason.

There is a minimal participation fee for each program – to read our payment policies or how to pay your bill click here.  We do provide limited Fee Assistance.  All approved fee assistance applicants may still be required to pay something towards their participation.  To request fee assistance guidelines and an application, please call 454-1449.

Application Process

All participants must complete a participation application and have a current application on file each year. A medical report is requested from your physician or other medical professional to verify your current health status.  Many programs have supplemental forms to assist with scheduling needs.

Everyone participating in our programs or at any of our facilities must sign a liability waiver.  Anyone under 18 must have a parent/guardian sign. The media is optional but we hope that you will sign it so we can share your adventures on our media sites and website.
